EMMYS 2014: Redcarpet Trends and Fashion Breakdown!!!

From Ravishing Red, to Metallic Couture, their were tons of trends to see on the Emmys Red Carpet. The Emmys set the all time high for fashion this year, and while the show was super funny and hosted superbly, its time to breakdown my favorite trends and dresses that set foot on the extravagant red carpet.

Reds, Reds, and more Reds:
– Guiliana Rancic, Kaley Cuoco, Christina Hendricks, and other beautiful women chose to go daring on the red carpet and looked Red Hott. The red looked beautiful, the light hit the gowns beautifully and all looked ravishing. The red against the carpet was amazing. This color was so bold and extravagant, these lovely ladies did this trend justice.

Belted Justice:
– Angela Bassett was just one of the women who took my favorite trend and made it red carpet ready. I love a extravagant belt, on the gown or any outfit it only amps up the outfit. Studded or statement belts in general looks gorgeous against a simple gown because it gives it that special piece of accessory that’s not to much, but just right. This trend is an automatic A+ in my book.

Glitz, Glamour, & Metallic:
– Every award show always has a little sparkle and shine, which that trend walked right on the red carpet. Metallics to me are the rock star trend of fashion, metallic always adds a feminine edge to any gown worn to an event such as this one. Gwen Stefani who defines the edgy fashion ,wore metallic superbly. I love this trend, it adds edgy, chic, sexiness to any outfit and everyone who wore it wore it fabulously.

Tell me who was your best dressed at the Emmys 2014?
