Spring into Denim!

Hi Lovelies,

Finally the time for warm weather is here, wardrobe adjustment anyone. There are a ton of trends that come and go, but Denim is here to stay! I can’t tell you how many pairs and cuts of jeans I have, from boot-cut to high rise, mom jean to boyfriend, I think denim checks every box when it comes to versatility. Denim is a all time classic fabric that plays well with any trend, color, or style. I have prepared a few denim favorites that will work well with any spring collection.

Fall Glam Look #1

Hi Lovelies,

It’s finally Fall, and I have so many Fall inspired looks to share. I know I haven’t posted to my blog for nearly 2 weeks, and I’m sorry. I don’t know if it was the month of September or what, but I was truly uninspired, I was drained, I felt really in a rut. But I feel 100% better, and proud to be back on my blog.

What I’m Wearing

EYES:  Maybelline THE Nudes palette | Physicians Formula Warm nudes shimmer palette |  NYX Lingerie eyeshadow | Maybelline NY the spider Effect Mascara

EYELINER: Max Factor Master Piece Max

EYEBROWS: *actually I used the Maybelline nudes palette to fill in my brows….how resourceful, am I right. LOL*

LIPSTICK: Maybelline the Bolds *shade | Blackest Berry

FACE: Maybelline FITME foundation shade *Warm Honey* | NYX dark spot corrector | Contour: Rimmel London Contour Palette

Fall is one of my favorite seasons, I don’t want to sound like your basic girl, but Pumpkin everything * Right or Naw* but other things I love about Fall is the perfect sweater weather, TV shows come back on, and Fall Beauty trends get better. This look is my first of many  beauty looks. I would describe it as a glam smoky eye, I wish I would have used more glitter, but  this is just  the start.

I hope you enjoyed this first of many fall makeup looks. Be sure to “LIke” this post and “comment” What do you Love about the Fall season?

Product Review | Fragrance Outlet_ Bamboo Perfume by Franck Olivier

“A woman’s perfume tells more about her than her handwriting” – Christian Dior

I have been collaborating with tons of big companies since the summer has started, most recently with Brandbacker. For the past two weeks I got the chance to try the Bamboo perfume by Franck Olivier, given by the Fragrance Outlet X Brandbacker.

When it comes to perfumes, I’m a huge hoarder, whether high end or cheap. The Fragrance Outlet is a huge department of designer perfumes ranging in the more luxury price range ( YASS! Expensive). So ,  when purchasing my BAMBOO perfume the price was nearly $80, so that basically says a lot about the perfume and the Fragrance Outlet (NOTHING IS CHEAP).

The Bamboo Perfume by Franck Olivier is literal perfection. I love perfumes that last all day, but not to overpowering, this scent is strong, but not to the point where its choking me. The smell is very floral and environmental, which is the perfect scent for the summer. Also, can we talk packaging! When my package arrived it the presentation was KILLING IT! I love packages in general, but the perfume came in a neat box, topped with a bow.

I Love the shape of the bottle, and the design has a little Bamboo plant on the bottle, its very minimal and Simple. Also, because I made a purchase I was sent 4 sample perfumes as well.

(The samples were: Thallium, Charriol, Mondaine, and Hermes)

Overall Review:

The Bamboo by Franck Olivier was a great smell, the packaging was amazing, and this scent has become my secret weapon of the summer.

#Makeyourself Beauty Review

The Following Products are provided by Brandbacker for Review, all opinions are my own.ENJOY!

HI Lovelies,

So recently I was excepted to try the Make Beauty Samples which I recieved an eyeshadow in the shade (Alabaster) and the Lipstick shade ( Taffy).

First Impressions:

The Samples are very cute. I mean come on the packaging is compelling on its own. I think that Bold Words, can catch my attention in any given moment. As for the Make products itself, lets start with the eyeshadow, the color Alabaster is very pigmented, it looks great as a neutral tone. I find that this is not a particular color to use daily, but it serves as a great base shadow. The Lipstick is a very pigmented shade as well. The shade Taffy, looks like almost a peach tone. Its very nice, and the shade is not far away from my natural lipcolor, so it was sort of a playful nude.

Make Eyeshadow – Alabaster

Highly Pigmented

Great Coverage

Beautiful Color

Although greatly pigmented, the color shows up lighter on the eyes than when I swatched it.

Make Lipstick- Taffy
